How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges are calculated based on the combined weight of the items that you are purchasing and the distance to you using USPS shipping charts. If for any reason we ship your order in a smaller size package than the program calculated we will send you a refund for the difference in postage costs.

When will I get my order?

Many orders are shipped on the same day that we receive them, most orders will go out by the next business day. We may hold your items in order to email you questions so please check your spam folder. Your order will be sent by the shipping method that you chose at the time of your order and arrive accordingly.

I don't have any physical items, just PDFs. When will I get my files to download?

We don't have a service that instantly sends you a canned email and a link to your downloadable files. We do it all by hand from our shop. Depending on your time zone and our access to a computer it may be several hours before we see your request and can act on it. Of course you can always email us to check on your order.

I've never beaded before, can you help me?

If you need help, there are a ton of videos on You Tube. Some of the ones we've found most useful are below.
